Konstantinos N. Plataniotis is a Professor with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto, Toronto, Ontario. His research interests are in the areas of multimedia systems, biometrics, image & signal processing, communications systems and pattern recognition. Dr. Plataniotis is a registered professional engineer in the province of Ontario.
